KTronics Pvt Ltd was founded with a single purpose — to bring enterprise-grade technology solutions within reach of every business and home in Sri Lanka. From our beginnings in network infrastructure, we have grown into a full-spectrum technology provider trusted by clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Twenty years of that work sits behind the company: KTronics (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in 2017, and the engineering practice behind it is older. For solar work we are a Registered Solar PV Service Provider with the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority, listed as "K Tronics (Pvt) Ltd" under registration number S00773.
Today, our portfolio spans IP/VPN network solutions, home and industrial automation, solar photovoltaic systems, industrial electrical wiring, power factor correction, and CCTV security installations. We approach every project with the same commitment: understand the client's environment deeply, design a solution that fits, and deliver it with precision.

Refund And Return Policy
All sales made through Ktronics Pvt Ltd are subject to our return policy. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Returns
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all their accessories. The goods must be in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@ktronics.lk.
